Effectiveness-Plus collects the e-mail addresses of those who subscribe to our newsletter, communicate with us via e-mail,  volunteer it in response to surveys, or provide it in concert with any of my other services. This information is for internal review and improving my Web pages only. Similarly, any personal information imparted to me via any of my other services, such as consulting, training, and coaching, is not available to others in any form.
