You call me* at a predetermined time for each session. Each week you will review how the past week has gone and then discuss strategies for the next week as well as the next few months. I will assign homework and make recommendations so that you can remain focused and on-task. The work is concentrated and intense. *For coaching clients outside the U.S.: If your telephone rates for calling the U.S. are high, you can arrange to have me call you at my low U.S. rates. These call charges will then become part of your per-session or per-month coaching fee. The minimum desirable arrangement for you to achieve your SESP goals is a two-month commitment to coaching. The two-monthly arrangement is to create momentum to help you stay motivated, committed, and work as rapidly as possible on your SESP goal: to promote yourself effectively without fear.
